SRD (Super Red Dragon)
Deep red base color with pearl overlay. Large rounded kok. Typically thicker body.
Flower line (horizontal spots) often extends full length. Very intense color presence.
Kamfa
Heavier pearling than SRD — nearly full-body pearl coverage. Often gold or blue iridescence.
Smaller, more refined kok. Sleeker body shape. Strong tail and fin extensions.
Care Differences
SRD tends to be more aggressive and territorial. Kamfa slightly calmer.
Both require same tank size (75+ gal), same water parameters, same diet. Aggression management is where they differ.
Pricing
Both can reach high prices. Kamfa with exceptional pearling often tops SRD in auctions.
Mid-grade SRDs are more common and affordable than mid-grade Kamfas.
