Large water changes (50%) to peak water clarity. Add polish filtration if possible.
Mirror therapy daily 10 minutes — ensures fish flares properly on command.
Day Before
Fast the fish 24 hours. Full stomach hides body shape during judging.
Transport tank prepared — identical water parameters to home tank.
Show Day
Gentle transport with temperature stability. Do not feed morning of show.
Acclimate to show jar slowly — 30+ minutes float and drip.
